Drop-in anchors are threaded internally and are set in the concrete by setting the preassembled expander plug using a setting tool and a hammer.

How to install a drop in anchor?
1. Drill a hole with recommended diameter and depth (same as anchor length or deeper than anchor length for more embedment into concrete).
2. Cleaning hole.
3. Insert the drop in anchor.
4. Strike a setting tool into the anchor to make the anchor expand inside.
5. Fix a bolt or threaded rod to install the object.

Application

1. Drop in anchors should only be used in solid concrete .
2. Main use is to insert threaded rod to suspend electrical cable trays, HVAC ductwork and fire sprinkler pipe and heads.
